This role will manage and oversee the delivery of clinically oriented services, including providing clinical leadership, clinical consultation, and licensure supervision in accordance with the ethics, standards and expectations to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and fostering a culture that encourages proactive therapeutic engagement. The Clinical Director for Behavioral Health is tasked with upholding clinical service delivery aligned with Plymouth's mission, emphasizing cultural proficiency, anti-racism principles, harm reduction tenets, the housing first philosophy, and trauma-informed care.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONSDesign and implement clinical strategies to assist the Behavioral Health Team to achieve agency goals.Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision for the team and organization.In partnership with other leaders and as required, responsible for recruitment, hiring, and performance management of team members.Assures that team is providing care to residents and performing work in accordance with professional and ethical requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Washington State behavioral health and clinical services professionals code of ethics, standards, and practice. Be organizational resource for applying these in individual cases.Provide direct care as needed and to ensure resident support and team competency.Coordinate with BHI, PSH, and other staff to ensure highest quality of whole-person support for residents.In collaboration with other leaders and supported by Sr. Director of Health Equity, establish and support partnerships and programs for career development.Collaborate with educational institutions and other external stakeholders in workforce development efforts.Create dynamic and compelling presentations to Plymouth staff, volunteers, and board members regarding educational and clinical knowledge.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community health and social service providers.collaboration with other leaders, create and maintain program/dept manual(s) and policies and procedures, to ensure clinical guidelines are clear and accessible for supportive housing team, clinical care teams and other impacted stakeholders.Demonstrate dedication to equity principles to peers, agency, and all stakeholders.Provide a majority of operational leadership for clinical programming, ensuring successful launch of new programming and continued sustainability of clinical initi
