Description:
1) Must set up and maintain equipment, complete with tooling, in more than one work area.2) Required to provide assistance for development of new machinery or equipment.3) Responsible for PM of equipment and /or tooling on a daily or scheduled basis.4) Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose symptoms and effect repairs with very little supervision.5) Responsible for checking and adjusting for acceptable quality levels.6) Must know other maintenance special skills such as: welding, pipe fitting, lubrications, hydraulics, pneumatics, minor electrical, carpentry and use of tool room machines.7) Must furnish all tools to efficiently perform job duties.8) Required to exercise reasonable attention, care and judgment in the performance of assigned duties to prevent personal injury to themselves or others or damage to equipment and/or tooling.9) Responsible for working knowledge of plant facilities.10) Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.11) Responsible for housekeeping of assigned work area.12) All team members have the right and responsibility to shut down production in the event of Safety or Quality issue.
