May obtain within six months of assuming the position.CRRN required. Must sit for the examination at earliest point of qualification. If applicant currently meets the requirement to sit for the certification exam, delays in doing so may result in the loss of position.Experience:Relevant clinical patient care experience: rehabilitation, acute/critical care, medical-surgical, and oncology preferred.Accurate decision-making, strong clinical skills and judgment (managing IVs, trachs, wound care, and troubleshooting equipment) and critical thinking.Strong collaborative skills are required.Time management and organizational skills are requiredEffective written and verbal communication skills are requiredComputer skills with specific emphasis on Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred at the time of hire.
