Summary The Clinical Administrative Specialist is assigned to the office of the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Topeka campus of the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System, a Level 2 facility providing primary and secondary medical, surgical and diagnostic care to Veterans in Kansas and Missouri. Incumbent is responsible for the coordination, management and integration of operational and administrative functions of the clinical services that fall under the scope of the Deputy Chief of Staff.
