Description

Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly and courteously addressing their inquiries, concerns, and transactional needs.

Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently.

Educate clients on various banking products and services, assisting them in selecting the appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals.

Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.

Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift to maintain accuracy and accountability.

Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet established goals and enhance the overall customer relationship.

Assist clients with account inquiries, account maintenance, and online banking services.

Adhere to all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash accurately.

Familiarity with banking software and technology, including online banking platforms.

Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
