JOB REQUIREMENTS: Kenosha Community Health Center is looking for aClinic Operations Manager with a minimum of three years experience inAmbulatory or Dental care settings, overseeing multiple locations,providers and support staff. POSITION SUMMARY The Clinic OperationsManager is responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating the dailyoperations of the assigned clinic(s) and to achieve daily, weekly,quarterly, and annual goals and objectives. The manager leads thesite\'s direct care and support staff with a balanced focus onoperational, financial, clinical, and service excellence whilemaintaining a healthy work environment. The manager leads a values-basedculture of excellence that also ensures services are delivered in anequitable, inclusive, and culturally competent manner to meet thesocial, cultural, and linguistic needs of the patients and familiesserved at the site. This role requires a solid understanding of both thebusiness and clinical side of clinic administration as well aspolicies/standards/procedures, quality/growth objectives and familiaritywith clinic patient care services and workflows. Clinic Operations: * Manages thedaily multi-clinical service (medical, dental, and behavioral health)operations of the assigned clinic location or service to assure optimaldelivery of safe, appropriate, accessible care and services that areconsistent with the HRSA defined scope. * Complies to a Leader StandardWork organizational philosophy, using a set of recurrent managementpractices, tools, and skills that are standardized and part of themanager\'s daily, weekly and monthly routine. * Leads clinical staff ina manner that promotes optimal practitioner productivity/patient flowand customer service. Anticipates and plans for future changes and workscollaboratively with providers/staff and other stakeholders to achievethis. * Maintains adequate staffing levels for all aspects of theclinical practice. Anticipates staffing needs, plans for vacantpositions, anticipate, and manages fluctuations in staffing demands. *Monitors/reports clinic metrics/results. * Identifies, develops, andimplements timely performance/process improvement opportunities. *Oversees the site(s) materials and supplies management process to ensurethat all clinical and non-clinical materials and supplies inventory areproperly ordered, maintained, stored, and secured. * Workscollaboratively with Revenue Cycle Manager to monitor key metrics andimprove site performance of revenue cycle...
