　　Clinic MSW or LCSW

　　The Clinical Social Worker coordinates team-based care to provide health services to individuals, through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources and providers to achieve patient / family centered care. As a patient care partner, provides a full range of out-patient clinical services, including short-term psychotherapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and/or evaluation and referral to appropriate resources.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

　　• Master's degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school and ability to obtain MT LCSW license within 3 years of hire date

　　• Minimum of six months post masters experience in clinical or medical social work

　　• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days

　　• Competency in providing cognitive and behavioral assessments and interventions to individuals, couples, and groups with behavioral health and/or substance use issues in a primary care setting

　　Schedule:

　　• Part-time, 24 hours/week

　　• Monday - Friday (flexible schedule - determined by business need and candidates' availability)

　　Compensation:

　　• MSW - Starting wage: $25.50 - $30.50, DOE

　　• LCSW - Starting wage: $29.00 - $34.00, DOE
