About the Role
Our team is looking for an After-Market-Parts-Service (AMPS) Planner to join our team onsite in the London, ON location. You will be responsible for Sales order release and fulfillment based on customers’ requirements. We will rely on you to collaborate successfully with strong communication skills throughout Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics, including arranging shipments for customers, preparing, coordinating, and tracking shipments. Your ability to remain customer focused and process-oriented will make you successful in this position.

Day to day:
Drive AMPS revenue and customer satisfaction through on time delivery performance. Analyze data, apply DBS process tools to improve and ensure sustainable on time delivery performance
Develop, implement, and constantly monitor AMPS delivery schedules to expedite materials with Purchasing Team to meet Production
Identify and proactively drive resolution of issues impacting customer deliveries
Backfill for Europe AMPS team as required (execute Kanban process and assist with receiving process)
Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:
Demonstrated working knowledge of inventory principals, including Kanban required
Strong track record of working well under pressure, and being productive in a fast-paced environment required
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP System required; proficiency with business analytic tools (Tableau or PowerBI) ideal
