About Clinic LPN

　　To collaboratively provide excellent patient care in the ambulatory/clinic setting according to current best practice standards and through processes adopted by the Rainy Lake Clinics. The LPN will assist and support physicians/advanced practice providers and other clinic staff to achieve comprehensive patient care; they will directly assist with procedures within their scope of practice and for which competencies have been demonstrated; and will communicate clearly and positively with each other and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care. LPN will enhance the patient s experience through proficiency in LPN skills as well as excellent customer service, communication and building positive relationships with the patient and their family.
