As a Consultant , it is required to:
Identify and raise / escalate as needed any challenges or inconsistencies within their area of responsibility.
Be able to identify possible areas for improvement, enhancements (at product, process and tools level)
Adhere to strategic direction set by Management when establishing near-term goals.
Interact with M anagement and the respective collaborating areas ( CIO IT Delivery partners , Client Success Team’s respective Tower leads )
And as a Business Analyst Process Owner Consultant , you will need to:
Understand business process high level requirements. Design and build features based on th e requirements they roll-up to .
Be able to understand the high-level picture of the features they own and the epics they roll-up to.
With a mix of software product s knowledge , functional expertise plus the Manager / Team Lead guidance , be able to create solid drafts of those features . T he n identify any possible areas for improvement and propose enhancements to the application s and processes . Also create detailed documentation of the user stories related to the features. Then, create the use cases ( testing conditions and expected results ) needed , in order to test the overall functionality.
Work closely with the UAT Coordinator and be able to explain and hand over those high level use cases, so the UAT Coordinator can create detailed scenarios for testing.
Must have
Understand the end-to-end requirements process (from design to build, test and deployment).
Should be able to understand and write solid drafts of design documents, then apply that knowledge to help supervise testing coordination understanding that this product is client and leadership facing so accuracy and confidence that the final product will meet the expectations is a must .
Needs to be proactive, self-starter, able to understand how the requirements “translate” to the detailed level.
Understand issues management process.
3-4 years of experience in B usiness A nalyst role or similar
Undergraduate degree
Nice to have:
Quick learner, able to deal with ambiguity.
Basic understanding of MMS functionality.
Qualtrics Dashboards (must have prior reporting/dashboard experience with any other tools)
Familiarity with Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, ADO, etc.) and Work Management Tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
