As a Client Success Manager, you hold a critical position to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and keep them engaged with KLAS. Our team loves working directly with high-level leaders in healthcare and collaborating to find solutions.
What You Will Do
Build connections with executive-level clients, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
Master the art of organization, managing both client and KLAS tasks and communications with precision.
Devise strategic plans with clients to drive enhancements and maximize the use of KLAS services.
Deliver professional, insightful feedback from KLAS, guiding clients towards excellence.
Your Impact
As a Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in helping our clients understand and improve upon the experiences healthcare providers have with their services. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience with KLAS, fostering a long-term engagement.
Who You Are
A peer to client executives, with stellar communication skills both in writing and verbally.
Able to maintain relationships with 25-30 clients, ensuring each feels valued and understood.
Exceptionally organized, responsive, and adept at collaborating with others.
Driven by a "customer-first" philosophy, flexible and innovative in process creation.
An industry expert, well-versed in KLAS research findings and able to convey them effectively.
What We Expect
2–4 years of experience in collaborative account management or customer success.
A foundational grasp of the sales process and value propositions.
A fervent passion for our cause – to become an advocate for excellence in healthcare.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field, demonstrating your diverse capabilities.
