The work is highly precise in nature andrequires a very strong attention to detail. It is vital for the work output tobe very high quality, with correct results, time and time again. Checkingand double-checking is often necessary; individuals performing the job mustbe patient and conscientious. Both the content and the presentation areimportant; all work must be highly polished. There is little ambiguity inthis job. It is very clear what needs to be done, and what the expectedresults are. This clarity will come either from the company's management,or from established professional disciplines and processes. The establishedprocedures and processes must be followed very closely; there is little roomor necessity to modify them. Much of the work can be accomplished by workingat a steady, even pace. There is much consistency and familiarity from oneday to the next. It is generally feasible to plan large blocks of work aheadof time. When work duties do change, there is ample foresight and time toprepare. The work is best accomplished working as an individual, without agreat dependence on other people or "politics" for results. The work ishelpful in nature; providing support and/or service to others in anenvironment free from competition. Interacting with customers requires aprofessional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the taskpleasantlAs aClient Services Specialist I, you will be responsible for providingexceptional client service to Bank Midwest, Community Banks of Colorado andHillcrest Bank clients in a fast-paced Call Center.You will be responsible fora variety of tasks including handling client questions, complaints andbanking inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism,solve client problems independently and offer recommendations according to theclient's needs on features and products.Additionally, Client ServicesSpecialists II are expected to provide both internal and external OnlineBanking and Bill Payment support, complete Consumer loan applications perthe client request, and build a great rapport with clients and fellowassociates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless oftheir status or position.All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistentcompliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to theposition, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Officeof Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possessthe following qualifications.High School Education or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of relevant job experience.Basic knowledge of call center protocol and client servicing experience.Basic level of work experience, knowledge and training in call centerenvironment.Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you shouldpossess some of the following qualifications:Associate's degree.Experience with bank call center/client servicing.2+ years of relevant job experience.Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishSkills and Abilities:Below is a general list of desired skills andabilities; this is not an exhaustive list.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build peer and/or teamcohesivenessAbility to manage difficult an stressful situation in a fast pacedenvironmentAbility to prioritize competing demands and effectively manage multiple tasksResponsiveness and flexibility; ability to adapt to changesProficient in Microsoft access, Excel, Word, and vendor web solutionsWork Environment:Call center setting.Hours can vary from 7am-8pm M-F and every other Saturday8am-4pm.Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically nolonger than 8 hours).Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
