　　As a Client Services Representative, you'll take high-volume inbound phone calls from shareholders, financial professionals, and internal colleagues. You'll help callers feel comfortable and supported while they're making significant financial decisions. You'll relay complex, ever-changing information about mutual funds and financial service regulations. You'll build trust in these interactions by learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide solutions.

　　If you have a desire to learn the mutual fund industry from the ground up, we'll teach you everything you need to know. Which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career with Capital Group. This position will be starting on 2/20/2024.

　　You have 2+ years of proven customer support or client service experience.You are a skilled communicator; your verbal and written communication is effective and appropriate. 　　San Antonio Base Salary Range: $36,446-$58,314

　　In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
