About Client Services Representative

  CapeSpace is a full-service business center/coworking facility. Itprovides office space, furnishings, equipment, and business services onflexible terms to small businesses, entrepreneurs, or anyone withbusiness space needs. It features private offices, semi-privateworkstations, business lounge, caf?, meeting facilities, event space andnetworking events, and an array of business services and amenities. Abusiness center can be described as a hotel for office workers.CapeSpace will offer the equivalent of five-star service to its clients,and is looking for CSRs who are highly customer service oriented andexcited about working for a company that values quality and excellence.We are currently seeking team members with flexible schedules, who canbe onsite at either of our locations for a minimum of 20 hours per week.This position offers a lot of opportunity for growth as we expand intoevents and event planning. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The primaryresponsibility of the CSR is to ensure delivery of any and all CapeSpaceservices to CapeSpace clients in a high quality, timely, professionaland cheerful manner. These will commonly include, but are not limitedto, the following: Answer phones for CapeSpace and CapeSpace clientsGreet and manage guests for CapeSpace and CapeSpace clients Proficientlyoperate different technical applications that our facility uses tosuccessfully manage the space remotely and in person Assist withordering, maintaining and inventorying supplies Assist with maintainingfacilities in clean, professional and good working order. This willinclude light cleaning duties in common areas and rest rooms. Becomeknowledgeable about CapeSpace products, services and pricing and be ableto answer questions about them Assist with preparations for events, forexample sending invitations, handling RSVPs, ordering and setting outfood and beverages, etc. Perform light clerical such as photocopying,shipping packages, sorting incoming mail, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: Possess acheerful, positive, and professional attitude Strong customer serviceorientation Facile with computer technology to learn and operate theCapeSpace systems, interface with tech vendors, and train others whennecessary Excellent written and oral communication skills Capable ofthinking on one?s feet and solving immediate problems Willing to workevening hours occasionally Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word,Outlook and PowerPoint, and other technical applications stronglydesired Flexibility to travel between CapeSpace locations in Hyannis andMashpee is preferred Please email [email protected] to submit yourresume or for more information on the position.
