About Client Services Intern

  Job Description:

  The Client Services Intern is responsible for timely and satisfactory execution of client digital marketing programs, contributing to client satisfaction and the achievement of client and Rakuten Advertising's revenue goals. This is a strong partnership role working closely with Account Managers and Clients to provide the utmost level of service.

  In this role, you will gain experience managing operational tasks for clients to implement marketing strategies across multiple verticals including travel, luxury brands, business to business and specialty retail; to expand market reach, increase engagement, and maximize omni-channel digital campaigns.

  CV's submitted in English are preferred

  Responsibilities:

  Manage communication and act as liaison between publishers, advertisers, account managers, and clients.Support SAM/AM/SAS/AS in operational tasks regarding client programs.Update client promotions, creative and communications as necessary.Audit creative and placements as mandated by account team/client.Review partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities.Prepare and run performance reports.

  Required Skills and Experience:

  Bachelor's expectation to end until 2025 (All courses are accepted)English speaker (>Upper Intermediate level)MS Office basicAvailability to work in Osasco/SP in a hybrid model.

  Capabilities required:

  Technical Abilities: Must be able to quickly learn proprietary software to manage campaigns and report results. Basic proficiency with Excel for client-ready reports and presentations. Ability to learn PowerPoint and Rakuten tools and processes.Communication Skills: Exemplary written and oral communication skills.Detail orientationAttention to deadlinesEnglish Upper intermediate level
