VCA Aspenwood Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team.
We are a busy 5 doctor practice located a few blocks off of I-25 in Denver.

A little bit about us
We have been in our location for a very long time, so we are well established within our community. We work hard to be able to help our clients and their fur babies, with a come in now stance, if the client is worried we want to help. We provide not only general wellness but surgery and dental care as well. We work with several specialists to help provide the best care for our patients.
We are open Monday thru Friday 7am to 7pm, Saturday's 8am to 5pm and closed on Sundays. Our Client Service team generally works 5 - 8 hour shift and Saturday's on a rotating schedule.
Day to Day our Client Service team works not only with the clients but the entire hospital team. As part of that external and internal client service you will be
Answering phones
Assisting in scheduling general wellness and surgical/dental procedures
Checking clients in and out for their pets appointment
Calling new client leads
Processing incoming faxes/email requests
Relaying information to the doctors, assistants and technician team regarding patient and client needs
Processing payments
Assisting clients to sign up for CareClub - our wellness plan
Fielding client calls and assessing how best to help them and their pet
This position pays between $18.29 and $19.29 dependent on previous experience within a veterinary clinic and customer service positions.
We are willing and able to train candidates for this position. Regardless of previous experience there is a 4 week training process that all candidates will go through. Once established at the clinic we do have opportunities for growth to other positions, such as veterinary assistant in exam rooms.
