VetMED is seeking experienced Client Service professionals to join our team.

　　Our CSR team supports our busy 24/7/365 specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. As part of a team of 20 doctors and over 75 support staff, we continually looks for ways to improve the delivery of services to our clients and team members. VetMED's board certified specialties include Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Radiology, Dermatology, Critical Care and Neurology, and a team of experienced emergency doctors.

　　Qualifications:

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software

　　Ability to stay positive under high stress situations

　　Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment

　　Cornerstone experience a plus

　　Must be flexible and have open availability, including evenings and weekends, when requested

　　Minimum 2 years customer service recommended

　　Manage the front desk through greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments and greeting vendors

　　Oversee the hospital flow

　　Manage cash, credit card and CareCredit transactions

　　Discuss payment choices with clients

　　Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing, emailing, scanning, uploading, filing, emailing medical records, distributing daily mail and purging charts in system

　　Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members

　　Perform other job duties as assigned

　　Compensation:

　　$16 - $20 pending experienceSchedule:
