　　Randstad has an exciting opportunity currently available in Oxford, MS. We are looking for experienced Client Service Representatives to join this team! This position has permanent potential with one of our clients, a Financial Services Company. Candidates must be willing to work onsite one day per week at a minimum after training Please online for consideration!

　　Responsibilities

　　Answer calls in a high volume call center setting regarding property taxes

　　Provide responsive assistance to homeowner, lender, and third-party calls regarding various tax inquiries for outsourced customers at first resolution

　　Initiate research for tax liens/sales, delinquent taxes, duplicate tax payments and proof of payment in response to homeowner inquires

　　Work with multiple lenders systems and various scripts, must have ability to toggle between multiple screens

　　Document tax bill correspondence received from homeowner on lender system and forward to the appropriate processing team

　　Respond to customer calls and/or email requests and as needed to address questions or concerns

　　Follow up with homeowners as necessary to keep updated on status of research

　　Communicates status of assignments to supervisors when needed
