The Client Service Associate (CSA) is an integral part of advisorand branch support; responsible for utilizing the client relationshipmodel and turnkey tools. Activities may include, but are not limited to:servicing clients by capturing & analyzing client data, helping preparefinancial plans, working with clients to process transactions & trades &other practice management tasks as needed. In addition to supportingadvisors, you\'ll be a part of our operations team to provide the branchwith general administrative and reception support as needed. We are dedicated toyour career development through training, mentoring and licensingsupport - it\'s all about helping you effectively develop to reach yourfull potential!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist advisor in servicing clientsincluding preparing financial plans, conducting investment research andcompleting trades and transactions as described by the advisor.Prepareand summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings,enter data into contact manager, create the agendas and summaries ofmeetings, escort clients to advisor and provide essentialfollow-up.Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is submitted in goodorder which includes preparing forms, obtain appropriate signatures,prepare documentation to send to home office, track new insuranceapplications and coordinate rollovers.Prepare for and coordinatemarketing events which includes creating marketing compliancedocumentation and managing event marketing reimbursement.Provide generaladministrative duties such as answering the advisor\'s phone, processexpense management reports, prepare routine client correspondence,support for closes, set up of client files, copy and new businesscorrespondence and alerts.Required QualificationsAssociate (2-year)degree or equivalent3-5 years Relevant Experience RequiredExperienceworking in a client service environment.Detail orientated, strong math,and analytical skills. Good organization and time management skills.Ableto manage multiple priorities and prioritizes effectively. Able toindependently work with minimal supervision.Able to communicate with alllevels within the organization.
