Join our team as an Operations Analyst! The Operations Analyst producesaccurate and timely analysis of operations data, including the agency\'sarchived automatic vehicle location information. Under supervision ofthe Manager of Service Performance and Analysis, the Analyst works tomonitor, analyze, investigate, develop and design processes andprocedures for operations efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting areasfor improvement. Additional assignments may include Maintenance andTransportation projects. The Operations Analyst monitors work qualityand adherence to established policies and procedures and best practices.This position requires a minimum of four (4) days in-officer per week.Ensure a commitment to safety through consistent and professionalbehaviors in performance of job requirements that demonstrate safety isa fundamental value that guides all aspects of our work. Perform relatedduties as required. Minimum 2 years experience required. Serve as a goodsteward by regularly utilizing our transit system to maintain a strongand current understanding of customers\' experiences and of our productand service offerings.
