Job Overview
As an Avanade Client Account Lead you are responsible for building an enduring, trusted client relationship while focusing on sales, revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction. You work closely with the head of the Resources Client Group to create, own, execute and maintain the Client Account Plan for Avanade and drive integration with Accenture and Microsoft. You may be assigned to single Client or work within a client sector whereby you work across several existing accounts, and/or work with the sales leads to secure new accounts. A depth of knowledge in the Resources sector (Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities) is preferred, along with a passion to expand your industry knowledge within this and other industries as driven by business priorities.
Key Accountabilities
Account Management
Create a combined Relationship Map and Power Map to nurture account growth. This would include client contacts, Accenture relationship and Microsoft relationships* In-depth understanding of projects currently being delivered and support of delivery leadership and broader team to ensure alignment with expectations. Act as a point of escalation/problem-solving as requiredOwn and report on account financials and operationsEnsure the client's experience with Avanade is positive and referenceableCultivate alliance relationships (MSFT and others)Account Leadership
Build/own a clear strategy for sales and revenue growth within the identified account(s). Identify pain points, roadblocks, and pitfalls in the innovation pipeline and ways to overcome them.
Manage the execution of the strategy, incorporating alignment with Accenture and Microsoft. * Collate and conduct analysis of the tactical and operational information gathered through interviews and research to support the diagnosis of underlying client issues and problems and the design of single solutions.
