You will be responsible for the agency's switchboard as well as greeting and assisting visitors.   DESCRIPTION OF WORK

  As a Clerk Typist 1, you would answer all agency in-coming calls and direct the caller to the appropriate staff person. Responsibilities also include handling receptionist duties by greeting visitors and directing individuals to proper staff as well as performing routine clerical work involving typing and processing documents in a variety of functions.   Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. If no eligible candidates who live within Westmoreland County apply for this position, candidates who reside in Allegheny, Armstrong, Cambria, Fayette, Somerset, and Washington counties will be considered.You must be able to perform essential job functions.
