DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Clerical Assistant 2, you will be responsible for providing clerical and office support within the Weiser Forest District to all program areas. Duties include entering and retrieving time and attendance data and information for the district's salaried and wage employees, proof reading and preparing correspondence and documents for the district's management and technical staff, and updating and maintaining various district plans. You will also serve as a wildland fire, search and rescue, and/or insect and disease dispatcher.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Overtime may be necessary in emergency situations.Travel mat be required for training.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
