The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee animal health programs and offer administrative and clerical support to the Bureau. One of the key tasks involves monitoring the inbox of the electronic CVI resource account to categorize CVIs based on species. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing and filing CVIs for cats, dogs, and bovine. In cases where CVIs do not meet the necessary requirements, you will be required to prepare and send rejection letters. Another aspect of the role involves reviewing and processing applications for aquaculture dealer and propagator licenses. This position will also handle the processing of checks and prepare transmittals. Furthermore, you will serve as a backup for rabies data entry and will be responsible for receiving telephone calls, providing the requested information, or transferring the call to the appropriate office or work station within the bureau or department. Lastly, this role will be responsible for monitoring the bureau's resource accounts and promptly responding to voice and email messages.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.This position would be required to work overtime during emergency situations.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 5 days per pay period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
