Join us.The Corporate Marketing Intern will work closely within the Digital Marketing team and help support department initiatives and programs. This position will provide administrative support in data quality initiatives, email campaigns, public website and corporate intranet, internal customer experience, corporate giving, corporate relations, and employee engagement through phone and email.Duration: This internship is intended to start in February 2024 on a part-time basis (10-15 hours per week) and a full time basis (40 hours per week) beginning May/June 2024 for approximately 12 weeks. This is NOT A REMOTE INTERNSHIP.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport marketing projects including email campaign planning and execution, website refresh and launch, and Search Engine OptimizationManage tasks in marketing automation platform (Pardot) and CRM system (Salesforce.com) to advance leads through the demand generation funnelUpdate and create documentation to train users on standards and tools for disseminating marketing information to applicable channels to maximize marketing asset value and utilization.Coordinate with Corporate Marketing team members to support key initiatives and events via digital channels, including internal and external inquiriesCoordinate with Marketing content providers to ensure consistent and efficient distribution of content to all appropriate channels and applications.Participate in analytic evaluation of digital marketing solutions and best practices to ensure highest level of utilizationSupport updates to key webpages on corporate intranet websiteProvide administrative support to various marketing team functionsRequired Skills & Experience:Education: currently enrolled in a related degree program (preference marketing, communications, digital marketing, etc.)Professional workplace communication skillsIntermediate Excel (queries, v-lookup, pivot tables, functions, formulas)Experience using Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work on-site from Liberty Lake, WA four days per week and on a hybrid work model, remote on FridaysPreferred Skills & Experience:Advanced Excel or certificationBasic understanding of HTML and image optimization for websitesUnderstanding or experience with SalesforceRelated work experiencePhysical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.Itron is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce and providing an authentic workplace experience for all employees.
