  About the Role:

  Incumbent provide Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS) customer support to activities in the Jacksonville/Cecil Field area of operations. Support includes telephone, email and in person support to include assistance in submitting and resolving issues related to deficient material, publications and software used by the Navy community using the JDRS Website. Position is also responsible for training users in the correct use of the JDRS website.

  Must haves:

  Recent experience supporting naval aviation.

  Knowledge of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program and related policy guidance.

  Applicant must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance.
