Ongoing Administration of the Platform: * Createand maintain learning paths tailored for BDRs, RSMs, and SalesRepresentatives, providing targeted learning experiences to enhancetheir skills and knowledge. * Facilitate the enrollment process for newhires, ensuring they receive comprehensive onboarding and training. *Implement attendance tracking mechanisms to monitor participation andcompletion rates. Performance Analysis and Metrics Utilization: * RepProductivity - develop and manage the 30.60.90 day manager scorecards *Implement rigorous content engagement and impact metrics * Analyze toolusage and platform engagement metrics to identify trends and insightsrelated to Sales, BDR, and Sales Engineer (SE) performance. * Leveragedata-driven insights to provide recommendations for process improvementsand skill development opportunities. * Collaborate with externaltraining vendors and subject matter experts, if necessary, to supplementinternal training efforts and bring in fresh perspectives. *Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and makedata-driven improvements to enhance the overall performance of the salesteam. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relatedto sales performance and revenue generation, identifying areas forimprovement and proposing targeted training solutions.
