As Sr.Manager, Enablement Operations, you will play a crucial role in drivingthe success of our sales organization by implementing and administeringour Enablement Technology Strategy. The role is responsible for thevision and tech stack strategy as enablement scales. Additionally,providing data-driven insights and continuously assessing theeffectiveness of training programs is critical to enhance the overallperformance of the sales team. This role requires a strong technicaldepth and analytical mindset to help provide true, actionable insights.The primary focus, in year one, includes deployment of a salesenablement and content platform. This will empower our BusinessDevelopment Representatives (BDRs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), andSolution Engineers (SEs) with the necessary knowledge and tools to excelin their roles and achieve their target s. As An Active Member Of OurTeam, You Will ... Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive strategyto scale and optimize the enablement technology stack. Measure platformengagement and leverage the tools to bring data insights. Maintain andEnhance Sales Enablement Learning Solution (Mindtickle): * Drivecontinued deployment of the sales enablement learning platform, with afocus on delivering a seamless and effective user experience. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing,Business Systems and Learning & Development, to ensure alignment withbusiness objectives. Ongoing Administration of the Platform: * Createand maintain learning paths tailored for BDRs, RSMs, and SalesRepresentatives, providing targeted learning experiences to enhancetheir skills and knowledge. * Facilitate the enrollment process for newhires, ensuring they receive comprehensive onboarding and training. *Implement attendance tracking mechanisms to monitor participation andcompletion rates. Performance Analysis and Metrics Utilization: * RepProductivity - develop and manage the 30.60.90 day manager scorecards *Implement rigorous content engagement and impact metrics * Analyze toolusage and platform engagement metrics to identify trends and insightsrelated to Sales, BDR, and Sales Engineer (SE) performance. * Leveragedata-driven insights to provide recommendations for process improvementsand skill development opportunities. * Collaborate with externaltraining vendors and subject matter experts, if necessary, to supplementinternal training efforts and bring in fresh perspectives. *Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and makedata-driven improvements to enhance the overall performance of the salesteam. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relatedto sales performance and revenue generation, identifying areas forimprovement and proposing targeted training solutions.
