Description:

　　There are 4 main functions of production at Medtronic. Fabrication, Assembly, Packaging, and Testing. Production does NOT produce the insulin pump. They produce the glucose sensors that the end user injects into their body. The glucose sensor monitors the body's glucose levels and is connected to the insulin pump. It communicates with the insulin pump to ensure that the user has proper levels of insulin in their body. We need 65 people for 3rd shift Sun-Thurs 11PM-7:30AM $17.25/hr

　　Assembly - focuses on the mechanical assembly of the sensor base, including the needle. Operators in assembly work in a fast paced environment and are responsible for a single step in the assembly process. They work with small parts underneath the microscope. Fabrication (shifts A-D) are more machine operation within the cleanroom

　　These are the shifts we have open. 1st, 2nd and 3rd are resume GTWs. A, B, C and D shifts require a 15 minute phone interview

　　1st - Mon-Fri (7am-3:30pm)

　　2nd - Mon-Fri (3pm-11:30pm)

　　3rd - Mon-Fri (11pm-7:30am)

　　A - Sun-Tues/Wed (6am-6:30pm)

　　B - Sun-Tues/Wed (6p-6:30am)

　　C - Wed/Thurs-Sat (6am-6:30pm)

　　D - Wed/Thurs-Sat(6p-6:30am)

　　The minimum education requirement for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates from different backgrounds can be successful in the role. Candidates have come from manufacturing, fast food, retail, banking, caregiving, sales.
