　　The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour

　　What you'll be doing as a Cleaner / Washer / Sweeper:

　　Clean floors, windows, and shampoo rugs 

　　Wax and buff floors occasionally  

　　Keep sidewalks clean and free of debris 

　　Supply and clean restrooms 

　　Collect and remove trash 

　　Adjust or repair minor issues with building equipment and systems 

　　Available shifts:

　　Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

　　Job requirements:

　　Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly 

　　Work frequently with cleaning chemicals 

　　Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items
