The ideal candidate willbe an influential business partner who builds trusting and authenticrelationships with union and non-union work groups, including all levelsof plant and corporate leadership. This role will report to the ChiefPeople Officer. Where You\'ll Work This role will be based out of ourConcord, MA headquarters, the hub of our family-farmer ownedmanufacturing company. Our company in-officeschedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship buildingbalanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office andThursdays/Friday being remote, flex days. What You\'ll Do: Be anauthentic advocate for employees, proactively working to build a culturewhere employees feel like they can use their voice and belong Partnerwith and influence key stakeholders to align and embed people andculture goals within the corporate and manufacturing network affectingboth how we lead ourselves and how we work together. This includesemployee relations, organizational design, change leadership, coachingand development, and employee engagement Manage Welch\'s performancemanagement processes, including goal setting, development, feedback, andcompensation Lead and facilitate talent reviews and succession planningfor key roles Ensure consistent application of behavioral expectations,investigatory processes, and both formal and informal coachingopportunities Visibly role model the behaviors for setting an examplewithin the manufacturing and corporate networks Hold leaders at alllevels accountable to Welch\'s leadership model using coaching andcandor to effect changes Regularly engage in development conversationswith HR team for continued progression and development Who You Are:Functional HR generalist expertise; in the areas of employee relations,talent acquisition, training and development, performance management,and employment laws Works urgently with exceptional project and timemanagement skills; a proven record of effectively prioritizing andexecuting work responsibilities Makes recommendations and decisionswhile considering short and long-term implications across the totalenterprise Strong listening, relationship building and collaborationskills; models transparency and accountability Communicates key messagesdirectly and concisely through verbal and written methods Continuouslyquestions the status quo seeking ways to improve and develop Comfortablyand skillfully challenges points of view; uses radical candor WhatYou\'ll Need: BA/BS degree required 7+ years of related human resourcesexperience Experience working in a manufacturing, food and beverage orconsumer goods preferred At Welch\'s we value diversity, a passion forwhat you do, and a commitment to continuous learning.
