Job Description:

　　Parsons is looking for a Claims Specialist to join our team to work on an exciting mega project based in Riyadh!

　　Responsibilities:

　　Resolution/conciliation of international claims and disputes; institutional development; project management; contract procurement and administration.

　　Management of claims including drafting of amicable draft agreements and the settlement and conciliation of the litigations, prior to arbitration

　　Preparation of contract documentation, both FIDIC and ICE, tender negotiation, contract administration, time and cost claim processes, conflict resolution and complaints handling.

　　Provide expert advice and recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders on contractual matters.

　　Applying contractual terms and conditions to determine the validity and value of claims

　　Analyze and evaluate contract claims submitted by subcontractors/other parties

　　What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law or similar professional disciplines.

　　15+ years of relevant post-graduate experience preferably in high-end hospitality projects. Pre and post contract Planning experience on large-scale, complex projects.

　　Construction management experience with major corporations, international consultants or contractors, specialized in infrastructure; hospitality projects
