Starting Salary is $126,500 - $168,500 annually. Salary offered is dependent on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.

This is a hybrid position which allows you to spend some of your time working from home as well as some time working collaboratively in-office. During the job training period you may have a higher percentage of time spent in-office to support your learning experience.

Responsibilities

Our Second Line Leaders are committed to leading and developing our employees to ensure they provide the best service for our customers.The selected candidate could be a Second Line Leader in either Auto or Fire segmentsResponsible for management of assigned first line leaders and oversight of their teams, which includes hiring, training, coaching, performance management and salary activitiesLeads team toward desired department and company goals to maintain our position as the industry leaderSets team culture and vision, creating an inclusive and high performing work environmentManages and oversees auto and/or fire claims on behalf of the companyResponsible for the review and control of the operation's quality claim activities including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense paymentsHas authority to make decisions in the best interest of our customers and employeesMay engage with internal and external counsel on litigation and legislative/regulatory activitiesResponsible for coordinating, communicating, and implementing new Company programs, policies, practices, and proceduresWill have the opportunity to contribute to high level project work that impacts our customers and organizations as a wholeEnsures compliance with company procedures, applicable federal/state laws, and legal requirementsSuggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologiesDevelops collaborative relationships by working closely with leaders from other claim segmentsEmployees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable licensing exam(s), MVRs, and background checks required of various state(s).
Qualifications
