Description:

　　Required Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

　　• Technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices

　　• Prior certification on MNDOT prequalification lists

　　• Experience with project management and budgeting

　　• Capability of supervising, mentoring and evaluating staff, self motivated

　　• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere is vital

　　• Good driving record and valid driver’s license

　　MicroStation, transportation, water & wastewater, Civil, Civil 3d, Civil engineering, Design, Site plan, Development

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Able to get a PE in the next 1-2 years
