Licensed in the State of Ohio || iii. Proven project management skills || 1. Working with clients and sub-consultants || 2. Working with various agencies, including but not limited to OEPA, || Army Corps of Engineers, ODNR, ODOT, and FEMA || iv. Proven construction administration skills || v. Fluent in English (written and spoken) || vi. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook || vii.
