　　Job Description

　　AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Construction Engineer to work on roadway and bridge construction projects in Saint Louis, MO .

　　This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure in the Saint Louis area.

　　The qualified applicant should be able to demonstrate a high level of interest in Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI). The position provides the opportunity to support CEI efforts for exciting, challenging, and high-profile transportation projects for IDOT, Illinois Tollway, CDOT, and other local Municipalities. This position provides training, guidance, and development of skills needed to lead major projects as Resident Engineer in the future.

　　Under direct supervision, performs routine duties requiring knowledge of basic engineering principles.

　　Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work.

　　Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments.

　　Spends large percentage of time performing estimating take-offs and performing walk-downs for quantity tracking purposes, reporting of installed quantities, performing field inspections to verify adherence to design.

　　BA/BS or relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

　　Driving is required for this position

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Illinois Tollway Experience

　　IDOT

　　Transit and Railway Experience
