Description:

　　A large hospital system is in need of a consultant to help with a large access point replacement project across the organization. These access points will be replaced within their office buildings as well as hospital locations and ambulatory care locations. This role will require travel between sites (Ann Arbor, Brighton, Northville); nothing further than a 30 minute commute between sites. This role will require 4 days onsite per week, which could include reporting into the office in Ann Arbor or to one of the sites. This person will be replacing access points within the building locations, including validation of the installations; this would be a one to one replacement from the former technology to the new technology. After the validation, he/she will create prints and follow up to make sure that they are hung correctly, including walking the floor plans. There may also be some backend troubleshooting on controllers and switches.

　　Skills and Technologies required:

　　*Cisco Wireless

　　*Cisco DNA (Cisco Prime is ok if no DNA experience)

　　*Visio

　　*Understanding WLC (Wireless LAN Controllers) and Access point models

　　*WLAN controller configuration and tuning

　　*CCNP and or CCNA are nice to have

　　*Work will include conducting site surveys (a lot of walking), auditing Visio maps, transporting access points to different locations, performing code upgrades, troubleshooting dead spots, etc.
