Must be Lead Teacher (Childcare) certified in the state of MN through combination of experience hours and post-secondary education. You will be expected to: -Guiding babies and toddlers through education/development programs. -Showing great hygiene and practicing clean diaper changing habits. -Employing safe sleeping habits by follows the safe sleep policies. -Thinking on their feet and responding to each child s needs efficiently. -Displaying a patient and calm personality coupled with a loving approach to every child. -Contributing positively to the behavior and social interaction of the children. -Building secure relationships with the children. -Working closely with the director and costaff to ensure that guidelines are adhered to. -Keeping an accurate daily log for each child via Brightwheel. -Ensuring close communication with parents throughout the day should the need arise.
