Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an experienced Administrative Planning Coordinator who enjoys problem-solving and taking on new challenges. You will be leading the efforts of supporting the office by taking on various office and administrative tasks as an Administrative Planning Coordinator. This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term contract opportunity and is located in the Princeton, New Jersey area. Please note this role will be 30 hours a week.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage calendars and schedules for planning team members.

　　Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

　　Ensure that key deadlines and milestones are met.

　　Act as a liaison between different departments or teams involved in planning efforts.

　　Facilitate communication and ensure information flow within the planning team.

　　Prepare presentations

　　Requirements

　　Previous experience as an Administrative Coordinator

　　Experience handling calendar management and travel arrangements

　　Experience with Concur

　　Microsoft Office Suite
