　　We offer competitive pay ranging from $15.60-$21.05/hr based on education and experience.

　　Must have DCF 45/hrs exams completed (contingent upon residency in state OR time in field)

　　As a Child Care Teacher, you will:

　　Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.

　　Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

　　Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

　　Requirements:

　　Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

　　Must meet state requirements for Teacher and additional center/school requirements may apply.

　　High School diploma/GED required. Related college-level course work.

　　CDA preferred

　　Working towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
