　　As an Assistant Director you will:

　　· Regularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visible

　　· Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

　　What we hope you will bring to this role:

　　Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

　　· Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required with educational plan to complete bachelor's degree; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

　　· At least three years of professional child care teaching experience required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

　　· At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
