Local facility in need of Child Care Aides and Substitute Aides.  Applicants must be available between the hours of 6 AM - 6 PM.  Positions are part time, must be able to work a flexible schedule within those hours, Monday thru Friday.

　　Prefer applicants with experience and/or education caring for children in a structured setting.  High school diploma is required.  Must be able to obtain all clearances, TB screen, and pass a drug test.

　　Summer openings may be available for high school students, depending on need.

　　Duties Include:

　　Observe and monitor children's play activities.Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered.Instruct children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits.Read to children, and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs.Organize and participate in recreational activities, such as games.Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas.  Sanitize toys and play equipment.Dress children and change diapers.Help children with homework and school work.Accompany children to and from school, on outings, etc.
