　　DESCRIPTION OF WORK

　　As a Chief Real Estate Appraiser, you will manage appraisal activities for Right of Way acquisitions, dispositions, and Maintenance Unit property needs. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the appraisal process in the acquisition department. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between the Right of Way Administrator, handling contracts, schedules, and plan development related to acquisitions.

　　Work Schedule and Additional Information:

　　Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, after successful completion of probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. 　　Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as a General Real Estate Appraiser (commonwealth title); orThree years of professional real estate appraisal experience which includes one year appraising all types of real property.Special Requirements:
