　　Pitney Bowes is now hiring for Direct Hire Full Time Onsite Maintenance Technician Trainee in our * Reading, PA*  Facility.

　　1st Shift: Friday -Tuesday, 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM

　　You will:

　　Perform mechanical and electronic repairs of all equipment including printer and mail sorting equipment.

　　Complete preventative maintenance according to Mail Preparation Total Quality Management and vendor operating standards.

　　Respond to equipment break down or emergency situations with urgency and expediency.

　　Utilize inventory, pm schedule and work order systems, and maintains the spare parts/supply inventory.

　　Evaluate and assess equipment problems by troubleshooting and completing repairs in a timely manner.

　　Perform all additional duties as required

　　Qualifications - External

　　As an Onsite Maintenance Technician Trainee , you have:

　　Experience trouble-shooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment with at least one year of break/fix mechanical experience preferred.

　　Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to the operation of automated equipment preferred.  

　　Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures.

　　The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
