　　What you’ll do:

　　In charge of Monitoring, and coordination Of all development product activities withint the Multiproject team, from customer consultation to product and process design with the respect of Quality, Dead line and cost Targets.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Lead a multidisciplinary team working on the project

　　Organize and lead end-to-end new product development projects with the respect of QCD objectives.

　　Assume the responsibility for the different projects phases validations

　　Guarantee the knowledge and the use of Eaton tools relating to project management (Prolaunch, OTL, ProPM, etc.)

　　Insure the escaleted Communication of project progress to customers and Approvers comities

　　Qualifications:

　　Engineering Degree in Industrial/Projects management or Mecanical Field

　　2 year of Projects Management experience

　　Skills:

　　Management Of Projects : ProPM/PMP or other

　　Mecanical and electrical Knowedge

　　Design of process, for Six sigma, for environment.

　　Functionnal analyzis

　　Communication and relational skills

　　Very good French and English communication skills

　　Analytical mindset

　　Ability to supervise and lead a team

　　Good listening skills
