　　What are your responsibilities?

　　With a team of approximately 20 colleagues, you make sure that our kitchen runs smoothly and that we provide the best dishes with the best ingredients for our guests and associates.

　　Within the hotel we have several Food & Beverage outlets for which the kitchen team is responsible, including; our newly renovated Midtown Grill Restaurant, Sorel’s bar & Lounge, M Club Lounge, our 12 meeting rooms, 24-hour in room dining, and the staff cafeteria. With this diverse range of outlets you can imagine there is always room for innovative ideas, so we hope you are up for a challenge!

　　What makes you the perfect fit?

　　We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team. You enjoy working in an international hotel kitchen and are passionate about constantly delivering excellent dishes to ensure guests experience a memorable stay. Our Restaurant Midtown Grill is the number one steakhouse in Amsterdam, and you are determined to help us to grow even further. To be eligible for this position you

　　Have at least 3 years of relevant experience

　　Are organized and motivated to succeed as part of a team

　　Speak English

　　Are able to work effectively as part of a team

　　Are calm and productive under pressure

　　Have a professional approach and respect for food and honest cooking
