   A propos du poste

  Dans le respect du Code de la Santé Publique (article R5124-36), des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF Europe et Curent GMP), du Code du Travail et des règles du Groupe, vos missions seront :Conseiller et apporter la vision stratégique produits auprès des équipes marketing, (Chefs de Produits et Directeur Marketing) dans le cadre des Plans stratégiquesConseiller et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles ventes (Directeur des ventes, Directeurs régionaux) dans la réflexion et les choix stratégiques de clientèle (segmentation, ciblage)Supporter et apporter l'Input nécessaire au positionnement produit et aux axes de communicationRecommander les leviers de croissance produits sur la base des retours d'études de marché (local et/ou groupe)Recommander et piloter les indicateurs digitaux avec agilitéRecommander et piloter les indicateurs de pilotage de performance des Equipes terrain au bon niveau de granularitéSupporter et accompagner les équipes Marketing dans l'élaboration des différents processus de prévisions budgétaires ventes (Forecast, Budget et Plan)Supporter le process de Sales Force IncentiveEclairer et aider à la prise de décisions opérationnelles tactiques et/ou stratégiques :Analyser la Performance produits au niveau national, régional et sectoriel au regard de l'environnement concurrentiel et des objectifs de prévisionsProposer et/ou réaliser les mesures d'impact des actions marketing et de la Visite Médicale Votre Profil

  Vous bénéficiez d'une formation Bac+5 Scientifique / Commerciale et idéalement d'une expérience d'environ 2 à 3 ans minimum en Industrie PharmaceutiqueVotre capacité à acquérir rapidement la compréhension d'une ou plusieurs aires thérapeutiques ainsi que du Customer Relationship Management (CRM), des outils de ciblage clients, des systèmes de rémunération et des spécificités de la visite médicale est reconnue.Vous maitrisez les concepts techniques, le langage marketing, les indicateurs liés aux nouveaux canaux de communication ainsi que les outils utilisés dans les Etudes de Marché ;Vous êtes également à l'aise en statistiques. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, votre curiosité intellectuelle et votre force de proposition.Votre niveau d'anglais est courant afin de travailler dans un environnement Européen (TOEIC 750 minimum)Vous souhaitez intégrer une équipe dynamique au sein d'un environnement riche et passionnant ?
