　　Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm

　　Job Summary

　　The Chef de Cuisine will focus on culinary excellence and cafe experience for the Adobe food program. This position reports into the Executive Chef and will leverage their strong hospitality and operational skills to oversee daily administrative and operational tasks, including food preparation, training, financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety.

　　The great things you’ll do:

　　Create and follow all menu and production/prep expectations and guides opening/closing checklist.

　　Motivate, Train, and Develop team members.

　　Assist Executive Chef in ensuring that all products and ingredients used are purchased following sector and Food purchasing standards and sustainability commitments.

　　Promote a culture of Food and Workplace Safety.

　　Communicate with the Client honestly, accurately and in a timely manner.

　　What we look for in the perfect candidate:

　　Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.

　　Has a minimum of 5 years kitchen supervisory experience or applicable culinary experience in a similar volume and quality food service establishment.

　　Strong passion for great food and hospitality.

　　Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and communicate support needed.

　　Basic computer skills required with the ability and urge to learn current processes.

　　Catering background, high volume cooking as well as organization, including production and prep logs.
