JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Cheese Production Specialist (12 HourAlternate Schedule) 2-2-3 Schedule (6:00AM-6:00PM) Under the directionof the Shift Production Supervisor, as a Cheese Production Specialistteam member, you\'ll be responsible to providing bulk cheese toproduction lines and operating cheese cutting/shredding equipment. Take a look for yourself: Start: \$23.20 90 Day: \$24.14 1 Year:\$25.07 How You Will Contribute to our Legacy of Excellence: Performmanual lifting and carrying (approximately up to 40lbs) by opening,cleaning and placing cheese on production lines Remove all packagingfrom cheese Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminant, remove andclean accordingly Lift and place cheese on conveyors (weight varies from5 lbs. to 40 lbs. per lift) Operate all automated and manual cuttingsystems Operate all shredding equipment Maintain record of bulk cheeseusage utilizing RF inventory scanners Perform other duties as assignedConsistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levelsand meet customer commitments is required What You Have to Offer: Youare able to frequently reach, grasp, and lift 40 lbs. and occasionallyup to 60lbs You are able to stand for long periods of time You arecommitted to remaining safe in all aspects of the job You are willing tolearn and love the idea of being a team player You are able to visuallyinspect product for food quality purposes You are able to read andcalculate using basic math.
