  About the role

  The Quality Services & Governance (QSG) team within the North America BU provides overarching support and governance pertaining to Haleon's Quality System (HQS) that encompasses written procedures (HQS docs), capability & training, and compliance programs.

  Reporting into the North America QSG Lead, the Compliance Specialist will support the North America Quality team's performance management and governance framework by providing data-analytics services to the team. The role will also support compliance projects and programs.

  The location for this role is remote, home based with occasional travel to sites or company offices as required.

  Key responsibilities

  Design and maintain system for collection and trending of NA Quality metrics and translate in presentable format using latest data automation and visualization techniques (e.g., PowerBI) in support of tiered accountability meetings with leadership (e.g., Quality Councils, ORMs, SRM, etc.)

  Partner with Global metrics and tech teams to align on measures, definitions, tiering, and reporting requirements

  Partner with site and operating units OEE and business contacts within QSC to align quality performance management with business goals

  Help setup and maintain North America community of practice (COP) with local KPI / metrics champions and troubleshoot discrepancies

  Maintain awareness of industry trends and Health Authority expectations on quality & compliance metrics (e.g., FDA quality metrics guidance)

  Support North America's compliance projects and programs stemming from QRIs, Q Alerts, Metrics trending, Remediation, etc.

  Oversee the execution (in place and in use) of Quality Maturity Model, run calibration sessions and ensure alignment and tracking of action plans is in place.

  Support North America BU wide complaints trending and insights from complaints monitoring (e.g., CPM reduction projects' tracking).

  Why you?

  Basic Qualifications

  Proficient in PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft & Data Visualization Tools and Apps.

  Professional written and verbal communication skills

  Excellent planning, organization, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary project management experience

  Quick Learner with good attention to detail and ability to interpret complex topics and translate into understandable content.

  Team-player with a high sense of accountability

  Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Science, Engineering, Business, Computer Science

  Knowledge of cGMP requirements through 7 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industries.

  Preferred Qualifications

  ASQ or Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt and above) certification is an asset.

  Programming & database maintenance experience

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering.The salary range for this role is: $95,000 to $125,000 plus a 12% bonus.
