About Channel Leader - Digital Subscription Retail Sales

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Channel Leader - Digital Subscription Retail Sales to drive the growth and management of our digital subscription business in the connected vehicle space. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across multiple channels, including digital, direct, and partner-driven initiatives, to maximize subscription adoption, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the connected vehicle ecosystem, subscription-based business models, and multichannel sales strategies.

What you'll do…

Channel Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive digital sales channel strategy, identifying, and prioritizing key digital and direct touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.

Partner Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and partners and ensuring smooth integration with their sales processes.

Sales Team Leadership: Lead, collaborate, and coach a team of digital sales representatives, setting clear sales targets, providing ongoing training, and motivating them to achieve performance goals.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead generation, conversion rates, ARPU, customer acquisition cost, and adjusting strategies based on data analysis.

Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure digital and direct campaigns are closely aligned across the customer lifecycle to support sales efforts.

Customer Relationship Management: driving customer retention.

Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's digital product offerings, features, and value proposition to effectively communicate them to potential customers.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about emerging digital sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

You'll have...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the digital subscription, automotive, or connected vehicle industries.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through multi-channel sales strategies.

Expertise in subscription models, digital sales platforms, and CRM systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of connected vehicle technologies and industry dynamics is highly desirable.

Even better, you may have...

MBA is a plus

Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or IoT-based subscription services.

Familiarity with telematics, infotainment systems, or vehicle connectivity solutions.

Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 .
